Located 6 blocks from historic downtown St. Augustine and 2 blocks from Flagler College, this house was built in 1932 as a rooming house for nurses of the Florida East Coast Hospital. It has been completely remodeled and has kept all its charm. From the early 50's, it has been the home of a large family who grew up in this house and want to share its charm.
